Cancelling or rescheduling
Please contact AL Sports Therapy as soon as possible if you cannot attend. The final notice period and any late-cancellation fee must be confirmed by the business before this policy is relied upon.
Late arrival and missed appointments
Arriving late may reduce the available treatment time so the next client is not delayed. Missed appointments may be chargeable once the business has confirmed and published its notice terms.
Cancellation by AL Sports Therapy
If AL Sports Therapy needs to cancel, you will be offered a rearranged appointment. Any amount already paid for a cancelled session may be transferred or refunded.
Refunds
Completed treatment sessions are generally not refundable simply because an expected outcome was not achieved. Concerns about service should be raised promptly so they can be reviewed fairly. Unused package sessions and advance payments will be handled according to the package terms agreed at purchase.
